1. PRODUCTS

1.1 All unique works sold on the webshop are signed by the artist or sold with a certificate.
1.2 All editions sold on the webshop are signed by the artist and sold unframed.
1.3 Galleri Maria Friis does not issue certificates of authenticity for prints.
1.4 Prices and availability are subject to change. Galleri Maria Friis reserves the right to change prices and availability at any time.

2.ORDERS

2.1 All orders must be placed via the webshop. Galleri Maria Friis does not accept orders via email or telephone.
2.2 We are unable to accommodate requests for specific edition numbers, etc.
2.3 Galleri Maria Friis reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason and without explanation.
2.4 If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive an email with a confirmation and order number. Please save this email for future use.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payment for products and delivery charges can be made by any debit or credit card that is shown as acceptable on the website at the time you place your order.
3.2 The name that appears on the order must match the name that appears on the debit or credit card associated with that purchase.

4. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Please allow 10 business days for the gallery to process and pack your order. This is an estimated timeframe and is not a guarantee.
4.2 For customers based in Denmark, products can be collected at the gallery.
4.3 Galleri Maria Friis ships worldwide, however we do not ship to P.O boxes or freight forwarders.
4.4 Orders are shipped to the shipping addresses provided with the order and cannot be changed.
4.5 All products are insured during shipping by Galleri Maria Friis.
4.6 Shipping times vary depending on the product and the destination country.
4.7 You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent. Galleri Maria Friis is not responsible for any delays regarding shipping.
4.8 All products ordered from Galleri Maria Friis will be sent via a secure courier service.
4.9 If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept the order upon attempted delivery, you will be asked to re-arrange delivery for an alternate date or to collect the goods from a specified place. If the delivery address is within Denmark and no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, you will be liable for the costs of re-delivery and the order will not be re-delivered until Galleri Maria Friis has received payment in full for such costs.
4.10 Customers with orders being shipped outside of the EU may incur additional fees and duties from the shipping carrier when their orders enter the destination country. Galleri Maria Friis is not responsible for any additional fees and duties.
4.11 Galleri Maria Friis is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

5. RETURNS & DAMAGES

5.1 Purchases can be returned for a refund within 10 business days of receipt of goods.
5.2 To return an item, please write to mail@gallerimariafriis.dk with your order number and reason for return.
5.3 Galleri Maria Friis reserves the right to refuse refunds.
5.4 If we accept your refund, you will be refunded for the value of the products only, excluding delivery costs and any additional fees and duties.
5.5 If you receive your item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of receipt of goods at mail@gallerimariafriis.dk with images and details for review.
5.6 All product must be returned in the exact condition as they were shipped.
5.7 Repacking must be done in the exact condition as it was shipped. You are responsible for the correct repacking of your order.
5.8 Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused upon.
5.9 You are responsible for the product until it returns to Galleri Maria Friis. We therefore recommend that you send the package with a traceable service so it can be located at all times.

6.1 To use the website in full, you may be required to update your device and browsing platforms.
6.2 Galleri Maria Friis is not responsible for technical issues on the website due to increase in traffic, outdated software or apps, etc.
