Every summer, Galleri Maria Friis presents a group exhibition under the title DREAMS & DESIRES, inviting participating artists to explore the theme through their own distinctive practices and perspectives.

As an ongoing curatorial framework, DREAMS & DESIRES continues to evolve through each exhibition and its varied interpretations. The theme reflects the gallery’s commitment to artistic diversity and to foregrounding narratives, experiences, and perspectives that have previously remained overlooked or underrepresented.
